We proud, as a Club, to offer a wide range of hockey for all across the year and it's now time to set up and pay your 2024-25 Hockey Subs and Fees - see full details below. This is a big year for the Club (TSC) and THC as work starts on the Blue Pitch Replacement on 1st July 2024 - a c £400k project when fully complete as a key milestone in the next phases of work to develop the club. Please help us to help you by paying subs promptly (and ideally early) so that we can reduce the amount of volunteer time spend chasing subs and direct this time into delivering hockey and supporting the wider development of the club. The Club Membership runs from 1st April to 31st March.

In summary, here's what you need to know and action to take !! ALL PLAYERS - aged 5 to 85 !

To pay by four installments you must set up your first payment by 15th August 2024

ALL PLAYERS U18 (on 31st August 2024) - must complete THC U18 Returners Form for 2024-25 and submit but 20th July 2024 to allow us to manage player capacities across all age / gender groups.

New to Timperley U18 players must complete a New Member Enquiry Form. As we currently have a number of waiting lists for age groups where we are full we are asking all U18 (2023-24) members to confirm their intention to play next season and complete the following Re-registration form for 2024-25 so that we can plan player numbers. How to pay your 2024-25 TSC Annual Membership Subscription

All senior and junior (U18) members must be members of Timperley Sports Club (TSC) to play hockey for Timperley. Annual subs are collected online via the TSC membership system (hosted on the FSI platform https://timperley.first-sports.com/ ) - Membership Subs are no longer collected via Pitchero of the Bar.

If you were a member and previously set up an account via the TSC (FSI) platform in simply follow these steps:

Aged U18 as at 31st August 2024
- parents - log on to your https://timperley.first-sports.com/ account (user name is usually your email and you can reset your password if forgotten it)
- click on BUY MEMBERSHIP (still in your parent account)
- click on the icon of the child you wish to buy membership for (options will be presented)
- and select the membership category you wish to purchase (see membership categories below)
- if more than one child click on the next child and repeat the above steps
- Please Opt In to GIFT AID by clicking 'YES' if you are a UK tax payer and happy to as this will help generate funds for THC to support running hockey

Aged 18+
- log on to your https://timperley.first-sports.com/ account (user name is usually your email and you can reset your password if forgotten it)
- click on BUY MEMBERSHIP
- and select the membership category you wish to purchase (see membership categories below).

If you're NEW TO TIMPERLEY HC, or haven't paid via the FSI system before, you need to go to https://timperley.first-sports.com/ and Register / Join and set up an account. (if on the THC U18 waiting list please do not do this until we have confirmed a place for your child).

Under 18 members

When purchasing U18 memberships please say YES to GIFT AID if eligible. The money reclaimed from HMRC comes back directly to the hockey section to reinvest back into hockey - this makes a real difference and is an easy way for us to fund-raise with your help.

If new to the FSI System - see the attached guide for setting up U18's on the membership system in a nutshell Parents must set up an account on the TSC system and then 'add family member' all u18's and then the parent goes into 'Buy Membership' and selects the child to buy for. You can pay for multiple memberships in one product order.

TSC Membership Subs for 2024-25 (small increase) are due for hockey by 30th September 2024
- Playing Members (Aged 25+ full) £210
- Playing Members (Aged 18 to 24 not a concession) £168
- Playing Members (18+ concession) £105 (f/t students or apprentices, unemployed, apprentice, over 65)
- Playing Members (Under 18) £95
- Playing Members (Under 7) - Nil
- Non Playing Members £42 (non voting) and £74 (Voting)
- reduced rates for full Country Members (home is 20 miles + from TSC), VP's and former life social members, click on relevant membership for details. We may have to apply the reductions manually, please get in touch with Shelagh Everett (members aged 18+ )to make sure we apply the discount correctly
- players who have joined TSC (via cricket, football or lacrosse, since 1st April 2024) do not have to pay the TSC Sub but must register on the system.

Junior Hockey Fees - in addition to the TSC Sub - no change to 2023-24
Reception to Year 2 - £100 (no TSC sub)
School Year 3 and 4 - £80 (hockey) plus £95 (TSC) - £175
School Year 5 to 7 - £120(hockey) plus £95 (TSC) - £215
School Year 8 to 11 - £140 (hockey plus £95 (TSC) - £235
School Year 12 to 13 - £80(hockey) plus £95 (TSC) - £175 (nb higher match fees paid than U16)

Match Fees
We will be reviewing match fees for 2024-25 as part of our budget and planning work for the new season due to be completed by the hockey committee over the next few weeks.

No Pay No Play
Kicks in from the Saturday 5th October - details will be fed into selection w/c 30th September
So if not paid, set up or not been in touch about your subs, you'll not be selected to play as priority will be given to players who have paid.

We appreciate that for some these are uncertain times however we hope that everyone involved in hockey at Timperley will also appreciate the cost of offering so much hockey for all ages and abilities. If anyone has any concerns about paying their TSC and or Hockey Fees please get in touch on a confidential basis with Anna Mawby (Juniors-U18), Siobhan Driscoll (Women's Club Captain), David Price (Men's Club Captain) or Andrew Entwisle (Treasurer) and as in previous years where possible the TSC and THC will work with you to discuss suitable payment plans or support. Please have a chat by 31st August if possible and we'll work with you where possible.
