All membership products are 'live' on the TSC System, except those discounted ones for VP, Life Socials, Country members (these go on this week). All TSC subs go to running the overall club facilities, pitches, building etc and NOT to the hockey section.
TSC / THC Membership and Subs - Seniors and Juniors

Deadline for payment (in full if instalments not set up by 16th September) is 30th September 2024 - No Pay No Play kicks in at the start of October.

If you have any personal circumstances, hardship etc please get in touch with Club Captains, Shelagh E or Anna M so we can see what support we may be able to give. We already offer reduced subs for unemployed, full time education of apprenticeships, aged 18-24 or 65+

4. THC Pitchero Profile and Availability
Pitchero is our THC 'admin workhorse' used for availability, selection, match fees, shop purchases, comms, player profiles etc. Its key to the efficient running of THC and helps reduce volunteer admin time if everyone uses it !
a) Please check your THC Pitchero profile is up to date including SHIRT NUMBER if you have your own shirt.
b) Please UPDATE YOUR AVAILABILITY ASAP as this helps captains plan ahead on player numbers / selection and rotation if needed
Fixtures for senior games are loaded (PB times to follow)- and Badgers, Beavers and Otters will follow in next 10 days and then other Junior Fixtures once dates confirmed. See note below on EH GMS system on Fixtures and this link is the master for PB times, venues etc

5. Fixtures, results, league tables, goal scorers....
We use THC Pitchero for all our internal admin - but all the wider hockey admin, fixtures, push back times, oppo details, results, player registration, match sheets etc is on done via the England Hockey GMS Platform for Adult and Junior Leagues, EH and NW Comps - but NOT badgers and beavers, Under 12 and below and friendlies (those are on Pitchero!)

GMS is the 'master' source of info on fixtures, pb times, venues etc as maintained by all teams. Handy hint -save this link / bookmark page on your phone for easy access to all Timperley teams league and cup match details by date / team.
https://northwest.englandhockey.co.uk/clubs/timperley-hc
Click on date to see fixtures and results, teams and division to see tables and matches to see scorers, cards etc

6. Player Registration - on GMS
New player must trigger transfer via GMS Profile asap to make sure its all completed and approved by former club by first league games (can take up to 10 days so get done by 9th September.
Parents of Juniors aged 13+ can register as a parent and then add Child aged 13+ onto their GMS account
New Players who've not played for a club elsewhere in last 4 years can register as a new player on GMS - but if played else where MUST Transfer from old club or risk THC getting docked points
Link to use https://gms.englandhockey.co.uk/

7. Selection for matches
Club Captains, Captains and Managers do a great job managing all the availability and selection each week - one average this means selection 200 - 250+ players each week.
To reduce volunteer time chasing please get into good habits early in the season and respond to invites to play / selection via Pitchero asap.
We're just completing our annual review of the Selection Policy and will be sharing before the league starts - but the general principle remains that everyone is a Timperley Player and plays for the club and shirt not a specific team!

8. Match Fees
The 2024-25 Match Fees kick in from 1st September - we've made a small increase of 50p or 25p to help cover increasing costs. Match fees support the cost of running hockey at Timperley not just match day costs. All match fees are collected via Pitchero. If 3 match fees in arrears this may affect your selection to matches.

  • Senior 18+ Full Match £12.50
  • Senior 18+ Concession (incl GK with own kit) £6.25
  • Junior playing senior hockey £6.25
  • Junior GK with own kit £3
  • Junior playing junior matches £5

We'll be introducing our 2024-25 captains and committee over the next couple of weeks as we all get ready for another cracking season at Timperley!
