Shelagh Everett28 Mar - 12:54

History made, promotion secured, still unbeaten, fizz on ice - join us for the M1's final game of the season, presentations and celebrations!

Let's make it a fantastic #timperleyhockeyfamily day to remember - we hope as many club members, families and friends will join us for the league season finale and, presentation and celebrations.

The weather's looking great, the bar is well stocked, we've 40 past and current members and guest joining the pre match lunch and we hope you'll join us for our biggest crowd of the season to see the M1's reach the holy grail of going undefeated all season. If you can't make the game why not pop down later in the day as this is bound to be a late one !

Here's the running order :

  • 11.30 - onwards guest arrive for the pre match lunch to kick of the days celebrations
  • 12.30 - M1 Pre Match Lunch (pre booked)
  • 13.00 - Girls U16s v Sevenoaks in the EH Tier 1 Supra League Plate Semi Final
  • 13.45 - Join us pitch side for the the final countdown to pushback
  • 14.00 - Men's 1s v Doncaster
  • 15.30 - Pitchside Presentation of the Conference North Trophy and Medals / Photos
  • - followed by group photo with the crowd so please stay on the pitch
  • 15.45 - retreat to the bar to continue the celebrations, toast the season and next season playing in Division 1 (N) and thinking ahead to even more local derby's and big Saturday Night games under the lights !

We've also more junior hockey on the green pitch with our U16B and U14B in NW Junior League action to at 14.30 and 16.00 too !

Weekly update will have more news about Saturdays celebrations at the club as our Men's Super 6's will be in full flow and voice as they raise a few glasses to a fantastic season and winning NW Division 5 (East). Hopefully the Ladies 3 and 5's will be celebrating finishing runners up and the M4's avoiding relegation. So its tee'd up to be a super blues weekend !

See you Sunday!
